About the Campaign

We have launched a $300 million campaign to reinvent the Medical Center and transform the landscape of medicine — in Chicago and beyond.

The campaign is an investment in the future of medicine. At its heart is the construction of an entirely new hospital facility that will transform the patient experience at Rush. This welcoming, patient- and family-friendly facility will feature the latest technology, sophisticated centers of specialty care and one of the nation’s most advanced emergency rooms.

The campaign also provides funds for our new Orthopedic Building; essential construction projects like a new parking facility, central power plant and materials management system; and major renovations to the Atrium, Kellogg and Professional Office buildings. It will allow Rush to make significant investments in education and translational research. And unrestricted funds will support clinical programs across campus, including community education and health care clinics. By 2012, every part of Rush will have felt the impact of this transformation.
