Honoring Our Donors
The power of philanthropy
Rush’s expansive vision for the future would simply not be possible without the support of our generous donors. Rush owes its very existence to its benefactors — men and women who shared a vision for a healthier Chicago and world. The Armours, Fields, Jelkes, Joneses, McCormicks, Pullmans and many others are among those who invested in Rush in its early days to give Chicagoans the best that medicine could offer.
Today, the Campaign for Rush University Medical Center is well on its way toward its $300 million goal, thanks to the support of many visionary people and organizations. The gifts of trustees, the Woman’s Board, volunteers, grateful patients, physicians and staff, and leaders in the Chicago community are working together to create a center of healing, education and research like no other in the region and like few in the country.

“We continually look for strategic times that will allow our support to have the most impact. At this time, there is a unified vision, new thought and new energy at Rush — all of which create new possibilities and real progress.”
